CCOM seeks a motivated, service-oriented, strategic thinker and talented Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an interest in the advertising/media industry, self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and can prioritize and timely manage assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • This position reports directly to the Broadcast Investment Lead.
  • Executes media plans by negotiating and purchasing advertising in selected vehicles within established budget parameters.
  • Designs optimum buys in terms of cost efficiency, goals and vendor agreements.
  • Reviews market sponsorship opportunities and makes recommendations based on client needs.
  • Estimates, updates and adjusts all broadcast ratings by demographic and by quarter.
  • Negotiates and maintains all agency rates as well as special placements.
  • Conducts post-buy media analysis and tracks and reports on results.
  • Serves as the intermediary and works closely with Broadcast Investment Lead, Planning and Finance stakeholders.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of invoices for specific advertising agency account(s).
  • Responsible for account monitoring to ensure accuracy of placed media activity.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a media planning, buying within a company /
    agency or account services experience within an advertising agency.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience practical experience with SMBS/Strata media systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in a relevant field or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience within a Media Buying Role.
  • MSOffice proficient, with an understanding / adapt to digital platforms.
  • Quick learner, with verbal/written communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Extremely organized and keen ability for accounting, document editing and record keeping.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables and multi-task assignments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking).

Media Billing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Media team with reconciliation of invoices for specific advertising agency account(s)
  • Assist the Media team with preparation of documents to send to accounting for billing
  • Minimum of 1-year experience within a media planning, buying, or billing function within a company / agency or account services experience within an advertising agency
  • Assist the Media team with account monitoring to ensure accuracy of placed media activity
  • Limited Accounts Receivable functions – ensuring timely Client billing, as well as monitoring and reviewing back-up paperwork and invoice accuracy
  • Limited Accounts Payable functions –Ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments particular to specific accounts; assisting with data entry under rush scenarios.
  • Directs and performs follow-up with account services on all clients’ accounts receivable balances to insure adequate cash flow
  • Ensures billings and payments are maintained up-to-date and in good standing
  • Serves as the intermediary and works closely with Finance, Media and Account Services departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in a relevant field or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience within Media or Finance roles
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and has an understanding / is adept to digital platforms, quick learner
  • Good communication skills, high-energy and friendly demeanor

Requirements:

  • 3+ years agency experience in the copy field

Junior Art Director
Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop, design and produce collateral materials including but not limited to direct mail pieces, flyers, brochures, magazines, emails and website assets.
  • Conceptualize, edit and produce art files for print and digital advertising campaigns, trade show graphics and booth designs, banners, logo designs, executive presentations,
  • Design for web and print, emails banners, sell sheets, layout design, production, brochures, product guides
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to push the envelope
  • Effective project time management with ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Must have sold skills in quality control through approvals, proofing, production, and delivery
  • Follow brand standards and design guidelines for consistency across multiple brands.
  • Manage and organizes all graphic resources of all brands
  • Web design and video editing experience a plus
  • Collaborative team player, self-motivated yet willing to take direction
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, multi-task and be innovative and proactive in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to workflow and hours
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, related field
  • 1-2+ years minimum of on-the-job design experience in digital and print
  • Expert skills in Adobe CS/CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design), Microsoft Office                         
  • Strong photo editing and retouching/color correcting skills in Photoshop
