Account Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully runs account(s) with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinates workload with other agency departments effectively and efficiently.
  • Manages project-flow from start to finish, through the company’s system with ease; works closely with internal Traffic team.
  • Assures all the integrated elements (media, creative, research & planning, promotions, and public relations) of the agency’s output are brought together on time and are consistent with the campaign objective.
  • Manages creative, production, broadcast, print, and interactive and media research process seamlessly.
  • Evaluates and approves (in conjunction with supervisor) creative work, media plans, and
  • other agency recommendations before they go out to client, ensuring work meets objective/strategy.
  • Makes sure creative work is proofread and exercises proper quality controls on agency products before they go out to client.
  • Processes Talent related items (estimate approval, internal processing, etc.) in coordination with production team.
  • Runs client and internal meetings effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintains regular contact with client, showing proven account leadership.
  • Fosters mutual trust and strong business relationship with client.
  • Is recognized by client as strong business and strategic consultant.
  • Takes a leadership role in client group presentations.
  • Is articulated and well versed in client debate.
  • Must possess a Business or Marketing degree
  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Must be bi-lingual fluent in English & Spanish
  • Dynamic presenter extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong client services, strategic thinking and presentation skills; must be well-spoken
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications
  • Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicate them to the appropriate people inside the agency
  • Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
  • Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals according to the standards discussed with clients
  • Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules
  • Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of CRM software will be a strong advantage

Media Buyer
CCOM a Miami-based advertising agency seeks a motivated, service-oriented, strategic thinker and talented Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an interest in the advertising/media industry, self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and can prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

Roles And Responsibilities:
  • This position reports directly to the Broadcast Investment Lead.
  • Executes media plans by negotiating and purchasing advertising in selected vehicles within established budget parameters.
  • Designs optimum buys in terms of cost efficiency, goals and vendor agreements.
  • Reviews market sponsorship opportunities and makes recommendations based on client needs.
  • Estimates, updates and adjusts all broadcast ratings by demographic and by quarter.
  • Negotiates and maintains all agency rates as well as special placements.
  • Conducts post-buy media analysis and reports on results.
  • Serves as the intermediary and works closely with Broadcast Investment Lead, Planning and Finance stakeholders.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of invoices.
  • Responsible for account monitoring to ensure accuracy of placed media activity.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a media planning, buying within a company / agency or account services experience within an advertising agency.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with SMBS/Strata media systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in a relevant field or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience within a Media Buying Role.
  • MSOffice proficient, with an understanding / adapt to digital platforms.
  • Quick learner, with verbal/written communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Extremely organized and keen ability for accounting, document editing and record keeping.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables and multi-task assignments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking).
Media Planning Supervisor
CCOM a Miami-based advertising agency seeks a motivated, service-oriented, strategic thinker and talented Media Planning Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an interest in the advertising/media industry, self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and can prioritize and timely manage assignments.
  • Work with media planning and client service teams to create media recommendations that integrate appropriate media channels, including TV, Radio, Cable, OTT/CTV, Programmatic, Social, Outdoor and Print.
  • Attend weekly status meetings, present recommendations, and manage follow up of items discussed
  • Engage and correspond /communicate frequently with clients via meetings, presentations, and email.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of client businesses, including historical deliveries and optimize as required against current media landscape.
  • Work with preferred third-party vendors to develop partnerships
  • Activation of campaigns on a timely basis and preparation of campaign summaries, recaps, and proof of performance per established cadence.
  • Management and stewarding and manage media budget and estimate by campaign.
  • Informed of top of current media industry trends and new technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in media/agency role or equivalent work experience
  • A self-starter willing to learn, comfortable working in collaborative team environment, able to multi-task, well organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to work on-site and/or remote as required

The Media Planning Supervisor’s primary role is to develop targeted, integrated media plans, manage relationships with partner agencies, and maintain media schedules and media budgets for the client.

Junior Art Director
  • Create, develop, design and produce collateral materials including but not limited to direct mail pieces, flyers, brochures, magazines, emails and website assets.
  • Conceptualize, edit and produce art files for print and digital advertising campaigns, trade show graphics and booth designs, banners, logo designs, executive presentations,
  • Design for web and print, emails banners, sell sheets, layout design, production, brochures, product guides
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
