Public Relations Account Executive
A full- service marketing communication, public relations, and event firm whose expertise lies in helping brands engage with cultural in a captivating and innovative way is seeking an Account Executive to join their Public Relations team.

  • Plan, develop and implement yearly 360 campaigns for agency clients across multiple categories
  • Research and analytics of the Hispanic media consumer in the United States and Latin America
  • Strategic implementation of media and digital campaigns (Digital, social media, and traditional media)
  • Develop and present Earned Media quarterly reports to clients showcasing return upon investment
  • Develop and Present yearly plans, social media campaign, Public Relations strategies, and budget results for assigned clients
  • Track and report KPI for digital and social media campaigns
  • Liaison between clients and company to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and timely completion of projects

  • Research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries – coordinating directly with influencers, bloggers to develop social outreach programs to promote the brand and its products
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
  • Create press releases & reach out to media outlets
  • Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand
  • Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc
  • Manage social media team members’ (includes interns) responsibilities, conduct team meetings, advise on projects, and motivate team members
Requirements:
  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience within an advertising or PR agency
  • Prior experience working in traditional PR
  • Extremely strong written & verbal communications skills in both Spanish & English
  • Prior experience in a related beauty or health industry is preferred

Media Buyer
CCOM a Miami-based advertising agency seeks a motivated, service-oriented, strategic thinker and talented Media Buyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an interest in the advertising/media industry, self-motivated, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and can prioritize and timely manage assignments.

Roles And Responsibilities:
  • This position reports directly to the Broadcast Investment Lead.
  • Executes media plans by negotiating and purchasing advertising in selected vehicles within established budget parameters.
  • Designs optimum buys in terms of cost efficiency, goals and vendor agreements.
  • Reviews market sponsorship opportunities and makes recommendations based on client needs.
  • Estimates, updates and adjusts all broadcast ratings by demographic and by quarter.
  • Negotiates and maintains all agency rates as well as special placements.
  • Conducts post-buy media analysis and tracks and reports on results.
  • Serves as the intermediary and works closely with Broadcast Investment Lead, Planning and Finance stakeholders.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of invoices for specific advertising agency account(s).
  • Responsible for account monitoring to ensure accuracy of placed media activity.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a media planning, buying within a company / agency or account services experience within an advertising agency.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience practical experience with SMBS/Strata media systems.
Skills/Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in a relevant field or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience within a Media Buying Role.
  • MSOffice proficient, with an understanding / adapt to digital platforms.
  • Quick learner, with verbal/written communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Extremely organized and keen ability for accounting, document editing and record keeping.
  • Able to prioritize deliverables and multi-task assignments.

Media Planning Supervisor

We’re seeking a Media Planning Supervisor who will work on our General and Hispanic market clients across a wide range of industries. We’re interested in someone with 3+ years of experience at an advertising agency, media agency or with experience in strategy/media planning/buying for offline and online media.

The Media Supervisor will report directly to our Associate Media Director and will work with our senior media teams assisting with the development and execution of effective media plans across all channels to support client campaigns and brands.

The ideal candidate needs to work comfortably within the rapidly changing media discipline and adapt easily to change; able to work independently and within a structured group environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in development and execution of effective media plans in all media to support client campaigns and brands.
  • Work with other Media Supervisors to learn how to utilize Broadcast, Digital, and Out of Home teams as thought partners in building the overall strategy.
  • Work interoffice to learn how to work in an integrated way with other disciplines, including client services, creative, traffic, etc.
  • Assist with preparation of presentation recommendations internally and to clients.
  • Assist with campaign recaps, reporting, and other ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring client approved plan is executed with Broadcast, Digital, and Out of Home teams to the highest level.
  • Be accountable for media budget ensuring it is reconciled monthly.
  • Keep Associate Media Director informed of client workflow.
Skills:
  • Highly detailed and results oriented.
  • Assist with managing multiple projects through effective levels of organization and detail to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn online tracking and reporting technologies.
Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
