Account Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully runs account(s) with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinates workload with other agency departments effectively and efficiently.
  • Manages project-flow from start to finish, through the company’s system with ease; works closely with internal Traffic team.
  • Assures all the integrated elements (media, creative, research & planning, promotions, and public relations) of the agency’s output are brought together on time and are consistent with the campaign objective.
  • Manages creative, production, broadcast, print, and interactive and media research process seamlessly.
  • Evaluates and approves (in conjunction with supervisor) creative work, media plans, and

  • Makes sure creative work is proofread and exercises proper quality controls on agency products before they go out to client.
  • Processes Talent related items (estimate approval, internal processing, etc.) in coordination with production team.
  • Runs client and internal meetings effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintains regular contact with client, showing proven account leadership.
  • Fosters mutual trust and strong business relationship with client.
  • Is recognized by client as strong business and strategic consultant.
  • Takes a leadership role in client group presentations.
  • Is articulated and well versed in client debate.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Business or Marketing degree
  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience
  • Must be bi-lingual fluent in English & Spanish
  • Dynamic presenter extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong client services, strategic thinking and presentation skills; must be well-spoken
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills

Roles And Responsibilities:
  • This position reports directly to the Broadcast Investment Lead.
  • Executes media plans by negotiating and purchasing advertising in selected vehicles within established budget parameters.

  • Bachelor’s degree specialized in a relevant field or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience within a Media Buying Role.
  • MSOffice proficient, with an understanding / adapt to digital platforms.

Media Planning Supervisor
CCOM a Miami-based advertising agency seeks a motivated, service-oriented, strategic thinker and talented Media Planning Supervisor to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Work with media planning and client service teams to create media recommendations that integrate appropriate media channels, including TV, Radio, Cable, OTT/CTV, Programmatic, Social, Outdoor and Print.
  • Attend weekly status meetings, present recommendations, and manage follow up of items discussed
  • Engage and correspond /communicate frequently with clients via meetings, presentations, and email.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of client businesses, including historical deliveries and optimize as required against current media landscape.
  • Work with preferred third-party vendors to develop partnerships
  • Activation of campaigns on a timely basis and preparation of campaign summaries, recaps, and proof of performance per established cadence.

Qualifications:
